Mexico’s Ministry of Economy (SE) announced the initiation of a second anti-dumping (AD) sunset review regarding aluminum cookware originating in China, acting upon a formal request filed by domestic producer Vasconia Brands, S.A. de C.V.
The investigation period for dumping spans from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, and the injury analysis period covers July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2026.
The products involved are under tariff code 7615.10.02 of the TIGIE.
Current AD duties remain in full force and effect throughout the duration of the administrative proceeding.
