Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba) completed its tenth consecutive summer with zero heat-related injuries or illnesses. The achievement reflects disciplined preventive risk management across the company's smelter operations despite challenging summer conditions in Bahrain.

Alba implemented protective measures through its annual Summer Preparation Plan and Summer Safety and Health Campaign. These initiatives provided workforce guidance on heat stress prevention, increased leadership oversight, and deployed advanced testing devices that deliver real-time hydration readings in seconds for early risk intervention.

Chief Executive Officer Ali Al Baqali recognized employees and contractors for maintaining these safety standards throughout the decade as Alba advances its 2026 operational goals.
